House soft washing, windows, and concrete work differently
Suitable siding and trim are assessed for low-pressure soft washing. Exterior glass receives a dedicated window-cleaning service using a pure-water pole system. Suitable concrete drives and walks are assessed for controlled pressure washing. A single cleaning method is not used across the whole property.
Roof cleaning and gutter work have their own scope and condition requirements. Include them in your request if needed, so Andrew can explain what is suitable and what is included before you book.
Planning around your home and outdoor spaces
Send wide photos showing each side of the house and the surfaces you want cleaned. Mention delicate finishes, loose siding, known leaks, planting beds, outdoor furnishings, screens, and restricted access. These details help define the work and the preparation needed.
For Lake Murray-area properties, include gates, steep approaches, waterfront proximity, and any site restrictions. Docks, boats, and specialty structures are not part of a standard house-cleaning scope. They need to be identified separately for assessment.
Preparing for guests, listing photos, or regular upkeep
If you are getting ready for a gathering or real-estate photography, share your target date when requesting a quote. Andrew can discuss priorities and available scheduling. An appointment is reserved only after it is agreed.
For ongoing upkeep, start with the home’s current condition rather than assuming every surface needs the same cleaning frequency. Shade, exposure, surface finish, and your priorities can inform a future cleaning discussion. This is a tailored service request, not an automatic maintenance subscription.
A clear scope before work begins
Your quote should make clear which surfaces are included, any access limitations, and the results to expect. Cleaning removes suitable surface buildup; it does not fix damaged finishes, failing window seals, cracked concrete, or drainage problems.
Select the services you need in the quote form and describe the property once. Andrew will follow up to review the work together. There is no need to submit separate forms for your siding, glass, and driveway.
