Soft washing is a cleaning method. House washing is a service that applies that method to the agreed exterior siding and trim. This lets us target organic buildup while using a gentler rinse on suitable surfaces.
The method starts with identifying the material and its condition. Paint, siding, seals, landscaping, and surrounding fixtures all affect how the work is planned. Existing oxidation, failing finishes, and damaged areas should be discussed before cleaning.
Roof cleaning also needs a material-specific assessment. A roof is not treated like a concrete driveway, and rinsing requirements may differ from a house wash. Andrew will explain the proposed scope for your property.

Assess the surface
We identify the material, buildup, condition, and sensitive areas, including fixtures, landscaping, and openings.
Prepare and apply treatment
We plan protection for nearby areas, then apply a cleaning solution suited to the surface and the agreed work.
Allow time to work
The treatment is given time to act on the buildup. The method and timing depend on the surface and conditions.
Rinse as appropriate and check
We use a controlled low-pressure rinse where appropriate for the material, then review the result. Roof treatment and rinsing requirements are assessed separately.
