Start with the surfaces you want cleaned
A house wash, a dedicated exterior window clean, and a concrete driveway clean involve different work. Identify each area you want included. The size of the house alone does not tell us the amount of concrete, the number of windows, or which sides of the exterior need attention.
If you want several areas cleaned, put them in one request. Andrew can review the property together and explain the scope for each service. Combining requests does not imply a fixed package price or an automatic discount.
Material and condition matter
Concrete age, coatings, siding condition, window access, and the type of buildup can affect the approach. Let Andrew know about peeling paint, loose panels, cracked surfaces, known leaks, or work recently completed on the exterior.
Not every dark mark is removable surface dirt. Deep staining, fading, oxidation, failed glass seals, and existing damage may remain after routine cleaning or need a different solution. Photos help make that discussion specific.
Access is part of the scope
A clear driveway and a narrow, gated path require different planning. Show the route to the work area, nearby planting, window height, and any furniture or vehicles that may need moving. For a business, include the site contact and any customer-access or timing restrictions.
What to send for a useful quote
Include the property address, services you are considering, a brief description, and photos if available. A wide view shows the layout; a close-up shows the concern. Approximate measurements can help if you already have them, but you do not need to calculate square footage or diagnose the cleaning method.
Andrew usually follows up within 24 hours to discuss the request. The price, included work, and timing are agreed before scheduling. Sending the form does not instantly book a visit.
Compare what is included
When comparing estimates, check the actual surfaces, access assumptions, preparation, and exclusions. Ask whether windows, gutters, roofs, or specialty stains are separate. A clear comparison helps you choose the work your property needs.
